MrJatt Music respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page explains what this site hosts, and how rights holders can ask us to remove material.

What this site hosts

• Preview playback of tracks from the Epidemic Sound catalogue, under Epidemic Sound's terms. Free-plan tracks are preview-only and are not licensed for redistribution.
• Music metadata (titles, artists, artwork, links) for browsing purposes. Full audio playback for these entries happens on the original third-party service.
• A ringtone catalogue built from openly licensed sources (CC0 / public domain).

We do not accept uploads of third-party commercial music.

How to file a takedown request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request", including all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) on this site where the material is located, specific enough for us to find it.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, under penalty of perjury.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete requests promptly. We will remove or disable access to the identified material, and we will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected party. Incomplete requests may be returned for clarification.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email the same address with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notice", including your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, plus your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts and sources that repeatedly infringe copyright are blocked from the site.
